Glebocki

Mrs. Jennifer Glebocki was approved as the next Principal of John Y. Dater School at the April 30 Board of Education meeting. Chosen from an incredibly talented pool of candidates, her official start date is July 1, 2024.

The Application Process:
✏️ Ramsey received over 85 applications for the position!
✏️ Twenty-two candidates were initially interviewed, with 11 candidates returning for the second round.
✏️ Three finalists were selected following the s round of interviews.
✏️ In the final round, candidates presented a performance task, and faced questions from a committee of staff members and administrators.

About Mrs. Glebocki: Mrs. Glebocki is currently the Principal of George Washington School in Mahwah, a position she has held for the past three years. Before that, she served as the Supervisor of Elementary Instruction in Mahwah for three years. She has also taught fourth grade and Gifted and Talented (K-5). She holds a master’s degree in Elementary Education from Quinnipiac University and a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Ramapo College.

One Fun Thing: Mrs. Glebocki loves adventure! She has visited King Tut’s tomb in Egypt, hiked in the Swiss Alps, and went skydiving in Hawaii! She has two young children, and her husband is a detective in the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
