Hubbard PTO Spring Fest

Friday, May 17th 3:15pm - 6pm (rain date May 23rd)

The Big Picture:

Save the date for Spring Fest!  Think “Carnival” - we will have slides, bounce houses, maze, carnival games, face painting, tattoos, DJ, Dancing and so much more! Food Trucks will also be there.  Visit the PTO website for complete information and to purchase admission bracelets and raffle basket tickets.

NOTE ABOUT TICKETS:

Admission Bracelets are now available for purchase online for $25 per child through May 16th.  Bracelets purchased at the door on May 17th are $30 per child.  Admission is required ONLY for children (AGES 3 & UP).  

  • Includes unlimited access to Bounce Houses, Carnival Games, DJ/Dance Party, Face Painting and Photo Booth.  

  • Pre-Sale Admission bracelets will be waiting for you at the entrance on the day of Spring Fest.

* Items for additional purchase are Raffle Baskets and Food and Refreshments. 

Siblings are always welcome to join in the fun, and we invite everyone to have a great day with us! No admission charge for children 2 and under and adults are free. To participate with the bounce houses, carnival games, face-painting and photo-booth for children 3 and over, they will need to be wearing a wrist-band.

NOTE ABOUT DISMISSAL: 

Regular dismissal for any student not immediately attending the Spring Fest is as usual.

If you and your child will be attending Spring Fest at dismissal (3:15pm) please complete the form found in the May Check In email and you will meet your child on the blacktop by the gym lobby - signs will be posted. Note - please complete a separate form for each child. 

Forms must be submitted by May 16th.

STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO “MEET YOU” AT SPRING FEST.

NOTE ABOUT PARKING:

  • No parking in the front of the school (bus lane)

  • Street parking is available off of West Oak Street as well as streets neighboring the school.

  • After 3:45pm the Hubbard staff parking lots will be mostly cleared and available for parking.
