4th grade students play "Lo Tengo" in Spanish class to practice their school supplies! βœοΈβœ‚οΈπŸ“šπŸ“πŸ“Ž The class is divided into 2 teams. Each student gets a photo of a school supply. SeΓ±orita calls a school supply out loud in Spanish. If the student has that photo, they call out LO TENGO and hold up their vocab card! The first team to call out LO TENGO wins a point!

Today, math students in 5Thompson became volume explorers as they calculated their classroom's capacity for knowledge using the formula V = L x W x H. With teamwork and enthusiasm, they discovered just how much potential their learning environment holds (in cubic meters, of course)!

4Guarnieri wrapped up October with some fantastic activities! We had a great time at our Halloween parade on Thursday, and enjoyed game day on Friday. The students showed amazing collaboration, communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills as they built various structures, including marble runs, Jenga towers, and creations with magnetic blocks. I’m so proud of their hard work!
