In December, Madame Treger's 7th grade students and Madame Kuhnel's 8th grade students had the opportunity to attend French Student Hockey Night with the NJ Devils.
There was a Q&A panel with French-speaking NJ Devil's reporter, Amanda Stein. She spoke to students in attendance in French about her life and career growing up in Montreal and students asked her questions in French and she responded.
In addition to watching the game vs. the Toronto Maple Leafs, our students were featured on the jumbotron several times!
After the game, students & staff went on the ice to take a photo on the team logo and each student was able to take a shot on goal.
The bottom line: Thanks to Madame Treger & Madame Kuhnel for all their organization and planning to make this event possible!
