What's happening: On December 4, the Ramsey High School History Club explored the life and times of "American Lion" Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States. The group traveled to Oyster Bay, Long Island and toured Roosevelt's family home at Sagamore Hill.
Go deeper: Built in the 1880s, the historic house features memorabilia from Roosevelt's life including gifts he received from foreign governments, animals that he hunted on his travels, and heirlooms from the Roosevelt family.
