Today Ramsey hosted its first ever Robotics competition at Smith Middle School! Teams from around the state competed in the First Tech Challenge, where teams build robots that move pieces into containers and hang them on bars. Ramsey is the only district in the league with 3 teams - The Dusters, The Ramblers, and The Gearheads. Congratulations to our students and staff who made this event happen. Robotics in Ramsey is on the rise!

After reading The Mitten by Jan Brett, the Tisdale preschoolers had the chance to step into the story—literally! Just like the animals in the book, they took turns squeezing into a gigantic mitten. This hands-on storytelling experience helps reinforce sequencing, cooperation, and imaginative play.
