For the second consecutive year, Ramsey High School has been named an overall gold-level recipient on the 2024 AP School Honor Roll! The AP School Honor Roll recognizes schools whose AP programs deliver results and broaden student access.
By the numbers: Ramsey High School’s 2024 AP successes included -
270 students taking 591 exams in 23 subjects
48 AP Scholars: scored 3+ on 3+ exams
23 AP Scholars with Honors: scored 3.25+ on 3+ exams
38 AP Scholars with Distinction: scored 4+ on 5 exams
…for a total of 109 Scholars!

The Ramsey Board of Education has earned the Carole E. Larsen Master Board Certification through the New Jersey School Board Association (NJSBA) Board Member Academy. 🏆
The Ramsey BOE has demonstrated a high regard for professional development. This certification focuses on key areas such as ethics, goal setting, policy development, finance, communications, community engagement, and student achievement.
By the numbers: This is a rare achievement for Boards of Education in New Jersey as Ramsey is only one of six boards in the State to have earned this certification in 2024. 🎉

Today, we pause to reflect on the events of September 11, 2001.
Our approach to students' awareness of the significance of this day in American history will vary by developmental level. As a school community, we honor and remember the victims and heroes of 9/11, together.
Ramsey has a rich tradition in musical education and programs. Big Blue has been recognized over the decades for its excellence. Over the past decade, the choral program has grown and earned its fair share of accolades. This past year, we made a conscious effort to invest in theater education by introducing a theater program at the middle school for the first time.
