Friday's Ram Fact.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Check out these creative minds! To get ready for our Zoom with the amazing author, Dan Gutman, we started reading Miss Aker is a Maker. Then, we turned the ITC into our very own Makerspace! 4th and 5th graders became creative problem solvers while participating in the following centers: Perler Art, Clay Circuits, Duct Tape Art, K'nex Creations, and Origami

Enrollment is rising! Students at RHS continue to explore exciting opportunities, especially within our music/band programs with numbers above historical averages. We love to see it Ramsey!

Calling all Ghosts and Goblins! Don't forget about the Dater PTO's Creepy Carnival tomorrow, October 26th. Pre-Music Session is from 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. 4th Grade Session is from 6:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 5th Grade Session is from 7:15 to 8:00 p.m. Don't miss out on the music, pizza, games and treats! This pathway brings accessibility to the project by meeting the needs and preferences of students. It also deepens our implementation of our unique graduation requirement.

Curricular expansion: Smith Middle School now offers these courses, providing students the opportunity to have an introduction to both concepts in semester-long instruction.

The numbers do not lie!
With approximately 450 student athletes currently involved in athletics, we are confident the 2023-24 school year will be equally as successful. 🐏

Communication GOALS!
The mic has been passed! Ms. Modesto/Ms. Azouri's homeroom has passed the "mic" to Mrs. Gesualdo/Ms. Thomson's homeroom for Morning Announcements. Dater students working hard to keep the Dater community informed of everything Dater!

35 STUDENTS!!!
In addition to this worldly Ram Fact, 27 different languages are spoken at home!

Check out our future researchers! 5th grade GATE students create and implement their own "Infection Detection" experiments. Experiments must include testable questions, concise data and measurable outcomes. Teamwork, collaboration and communication will help us explore this real-world problem!

It's a Pajama Party at Dater! On Wednesday, Dater students wore pajamas and supported the Tommy Strong Foundation. Check out 5 -GT enjoying one of their favorite days - Pajama Day!

Congrats, RHS!

Solid, measurable growth within a two-year span.

Roll out of bed tomorrow! It's PJ Day at Dater School on Wednesday. Bring a $1.00 suggested donation for the Tommy Strong Foundation. Donations will be used to buy pediatric hospital patients restaurant gift cards for Thanksgiving.

Dater is Batty About Books! Our Book Fair is this week! Wednesday is Family Night from 3pm - 6:30pm.

We have great reason to be proud of the efforts of our Arts Department staff and students, and are truly excited about the future!

Impressive fact :: This data suggests that more students are enrolling in Advanced Placement (AP) courses. AP courses are designed to be more challenging and are often seen as college-level courses. An increase in enrollment indicates that students are seeking more rigorous academic challenges, and their confidence to do so is soaring. Congratulations Rams!

Tonight is the night! The stars will be out at Eric S. Smith School, at 7pm! Do not miss the STAR-STUDDED EVENT featuring Broadway performers as well as the performances from our own Ramsey students!

Friday's 5th Grade Retreat was a community building success! "All hands on deck" to make this an amazing experience for Dater students in promoting a positive school culture.
