The Ramsey Public Education Foundation (RPEF) has awarded a total of $58,622 in grant funding to support 17 innovative grants across all of Ramsey’s schools.
Why it matters: These grants will fund exciting projects such as an expanded Robotics club at RHS, equipment for the new eSports club at Smith, Virtual Reality (VR) Headsets at Dater, a sensory zone for Tisdale’s playground, and the transformation of the art room at Hubbard.
By the numbers: The Ramsey Public Education Foundation has granted over $1.1M to the Ramsey Public Schools since its inception in 1992.
What they’re saying: “Our goal is to enhance the quality of our children’s education by funding enrichment programs and innovative technologies that might otherwise remain beyond the realm of school budgets. We raise funds through various events held throughout the year. Together with our community supporters, we strive to make the educational experience in Ramsey truly exceptional.” -RPEF website
