Ramsey Robotics on the Rise!
After a two-year hiatus, Team 10243, The Ramsey Ramblers, came into the league in 2022/23 ranked 53 overall (out of 53 teams), and at the end of the season their rank was 11.
Ramsey is only one of three Middle School Programs to have an FTC Robot, and Ramsey is also one of only two High Schools in the Northern New Jersey district with more than two active teams in the FTC.
Of our three teams, one team is an all-girls team! They made a competition-ready robot in under two weeks! Their rank at the end of the season was 15 out of 50.
Our Middle School team (who competed against high school teams all year) finished with a rank of 13 out of 50.
Team 23545 The Ramsey Dusters Finished with an overall rank of 10 out of 50 and finished the last event of the year in 2nd place!
Why it matters: This event, attended by hundreds, shows how Ramsey combines extracurricular experiences with our curricular programming to help students find their passions for learning.
