Girls Wrestling

The Ramsey High School Girls Wrestling team continues to make history with its incredible 2025 season. 🎉

On Saturday, February 15th, the Rams hosted the BCWCA Wrestling tournament, earning first place with over 140 young women participating. The next day, Howell High School hosted the first state tournament for girls wrestling with the top 12 teams in New Jersey participating. Ranked fifth in the state, the Rams have earned an impressive fourth-place finish.

  • The team's success stems from a well-balanced roster of 12 dedicated athletes who have shown remarkable skill across all weight classes.

  • Their strong lineup distribution has made them a formidable opponent throughout the season, as they've consistently fielded competitive wrestlers in each division.

This historic tournament appearance marks another milestone in the growing landscape of girls' wrestling in New Jersey, with Ramsey positioned as one of the state's elite programs.

Congratulations, Rams! 🏆
