What's happening: The Tisdale PTO Annual Pumpkin Fair was a huge success! Staff and parents were blown away with the results of this year’s pumpkin decorating contest, all based on amazing book characters of the students’ choice. 📚
The PTO transforms the front lawn into a pumpkin patch for families that includes photo display opportunities, a chance to pick a pumpkin, and enjoy donuts and apple cider.
A Focus on Inclusion and Belonging: The PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) has partnered with SEPAC (Special Education Parent Advisory Council) to enhance the inclusivity of Fall PTO events for all our Rams.
This collaboration prioritizes the diverse sensory needs of our students, ensuring that sensory-friendly accommodations are made available to create a more welcoming environment.
The joint initiative underscores Ramsey’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school community where everyone feels they belong.
The big picture: The Pumpkin Fair is one of the most well-attended and enjoyed events for families. It’s also one of our first opportunities for new families to mingle and meet other parents following dismissal. 💙💛
