community meetings

New in 24-25, we’re adding something called Community Meetings that will take place one time per month for 30 minutes led by our specialists, Mrs. Campbell, Mrs. Camina and Mrs. Cedola.

Why it matters: Community meetings will be a time for students to come together with their grade to engage in experiences and discussions about topics such as being a good citizen at school, making responsible choices and being a good friend.

  • Since our specialists see all students in every grade, they will be able to tailor lessons to meet specific needs.

  • This is just another way we’re supporting the social and emotional growth of our students so they feel safe, welcome and ready to learn at school every day!

What’s next: Community meetings begin in October. At the end of the month, be sure to ask your child about what they discussed and find ways to support these topics at home!
