The Ramsey High School girls lacrosse program welcomes all athletes to experience "the fastest sport on two feet." Our team is founded on the principles of skill development, tactical awareness, and a commitment to supporting one another. Lacrosse is more than just a game — it’s an opportunity to push your limits, develop resilience, and build lifelong bonds.

Our program values competition and accountability, but above all, we prioritize the holistic development of every player. We expect our athletes to bring a drive to improve because dedication is not just owed to the team—it’s owed to yourself. Since our establishment in 2014, we have steadily evolved into a competitive program in Bergen County.
