Winter Track and Field has something for every type of athlete; sprinters, distance runners, hurdlers, jumpers, throwers, and pole vaulters. Our program's sustained excellence is derived from our ability to find success for a diverse group of athletes, and working to find an event for every athlete to succeed in. The athletes in our program are encouraged to attend every practice, work as hard as they can, and be good teammates for one another, these are the foundations of Ramsey Track and Field.
