Ms. Robertson’s jewelry students are wrapping up their Meaningful Metal projects. Each student created an original piece of jewelry with personal significance while learning to cut, pierce, saw, stamp, polish, and finish metal.

Ramsey's SEPAC, Stigma-Free Committee, & Inclusion and Belonging Advisory Group put together an inclusive community event to celebrate all things winter. With the help of RHS's Best Buddies/Unified volunteers, students made glitter jars, created friendship bracelets, built snow people, enjoyed cookies, and even got to pet a real reindeer dog in training! So much fun was had that even the adults joined in on the festivities. What an incredible way to bring Rams of all ages and all abilities together! ❄️
Inclusion AND cookies?! Count us in! Unified Bowling x S.T.E.P. celebrated their second annual Unified cookie exchange during Inclusive Schools Week. Students baked cookies that symbolized family traditions, cultures, and treats they love. What a great way for students and staff to celebrate traditions, new and old, and to learn about one another this holiday season. Happy Holidays, Ramland 💙💛.
Nothing like a gingerbread house competition to get RHS in the holiday spirit. The Ramsey Community Center, Ms. Vinopal's culinary students, Mr. Wynne's Design Thinking students, and S.T.E.P. joined forces to hold onto one of our favorite high school traditions. Coming together as a community for some fun definitely filled our hearts and school with cheer. These memorable moments will be treasured by all.

Inclusive Schools Week is bringing out the best in everyone! Today we enjoyed a spirited Open Mic event during lunch. Expertly emceed by Justin and full of performances of french song and dance, poetry readings and holiday sing alongs, we will be sure to do this again very soon!

What could be better than pajamas and books!?! Mrs. Wohlrab teaches juniors from Mejia's and Militello's classes a smart strategy for discovering their next great read on this cozy December day.
For Inclusive Schools Week, Ms. Diakos’s S.T.E.P. student and teacher assistant had the opportunity to read a book to Ms. Weiss's third grade class at Hubbard about how we are all enough just the way we are 💙💛. Vinny used his communication device to help him read as Julia, a senior at RHS who aspires to be a teacher, read along with him. Afterwards, students talked about what inclusion looks like in their classrooms, hallways, and school community. Vinny, Julia, and Ms. Diakos even got to add their links to Hubbard's unity chain. Hubbard School, thank you for always choosing to include!

Best Buddies/Unified at RHS kicked off Inclusive Schools Week by hosting a two-day movie lunch. All were welcome! Students and staff enjoyed camping out as they watched Inside Out 2, raising mental health awareness. 🍿 🎥
Tomorrow we kick off Inclusive Schools Week with Groufits and Game Day! Drop in to the Media Center during lunch to play games like Clue!, Connect Four, and even Super Super Mario brothers on the NES! (Special thanks to Ramsey Public Library for sharing these games from their Library of Things!)
🤔 Deep Thinking Alert in World History! Mr. Willever's students are channeling the Enlightenment's best minds! They debated ethical dilemmas and human nature, using reason and critical thinking just like the era's philosophers.
