Today, RHS students and staff walked through the 9/11 Memorial Gallery in Alumni Hall, reflecting on artifacts and honoring the Ramsey residents and alumni and friends we lost. As Mrs. Wachtler—mother of Greg Wachtler (RHS '93)—reminded us: "Loss can quiet us, but it should never stop us from giving to others." On one of the first days of AP Research, students took on a puzzle challenge with a twist: every puzzle had one missing piece 🧩

In AP Research, students explore existing studies to identify connections that lead them to their missing piece, which is a gap in the current research. This year, they will conduct their own original inquiry to complete the academic puzzle!

Did you hear the tea?! The Ramsey Bean ☕️ is back in business and ready to brew more kindness this school year. Our S.T.E.P. students cannot wait to connect and see your smiling faces.

The New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired has joined forces with S.T.E.P. 18-21 to help us better understand how visual impairments can impact our daily lives. Students and staff experienced different visual simulations through specialized goggles, giving us a hands-on opportunity and a glimpse into how our new classmate experiences her world. Together, we are working on building greater understanding, empathy, and awareness so every student is supported and included.

Ramsey School District commemorates Freedom Day and honors the spirit of resilience, unity, and progress. Wishing our community, team, and friends a day filled with reflection and celebration.

Eliana Stawicki wrote and submitted a screenplay to the Emerging Screenwriters Competition at Montclair Film.

Drama Workshop did a lunchtime reading of her first draft last year and she tweaked/revised the script in the Fall. Over 100 students submitted and her screenplay was selected in the top 5 Drama category. While she was not the overall winner, it's still exciting to be selected in the small group of students.

For their AP Microeconomics presentation on corporate law, juniors Lizzie Rubin, Alex Kay, Kaylee Finnegan, and Izzy Piccolo dressed in suit jackets inspired by the TV show Suits.

What a week it has been for our Unified Rams! From the Dare to Dream Conference at Ramapo College to the Special Olympics Torch Run to a trip down to TCNJ to represent Ramsey High School and present all we do as a Unified Champion School, and finally...to competing in the Special Olympics Summer Games and dorming at TCNJ's campus all weekend long. To say we are proud of all we accomplished is an understatement. We choose to include, and that makes all the difference! Go, Unified Rams!!

Our RHS Rambassadors took a trip down Main Street to visit the 8th graders at Smith School! They're talking to the incoming class about academics, activities, athletics, and all that comes with the transition to high school.

End-of-year projects in AP Environmental Science are driven by student choice. These projects range from designing a cake to represent class topics to creating a children’s book (A to Z of Environmental Science) to encouraging students to try veganism with a four-course meal!

Students in Ms. Rodriguez's class are recording their digital media storytelling projects. This is their time to take risks and be creative!
