Vote for Julia Costa for Track performer of the week! The junior ran a great leg in the 4-x-100 relay at Penn, leading the Rams to a school record 49.56 clocking, the best by any North Jersey team. The brand new RHS media center is open for business! Students are already enjoying the various collaborative and individual work spaces!
This week has been full of meaningful moments, from making empanadas for RHS's author visit, successful Unified & Special Olympics Track & Field practices, another Friendship Cafe bake sale in the books, a first ever Best Buddies collaboration with the Environmental Club, multiple visits from our favorite Ramsey staff and their children, and a social outing with friends at Park Ridge's Owl House transition program. These images are only a glimpse of what our week entailed!!

Today, RHS welcomed Young People's Poet Laureate, Elizabeth Acevedo for an all school assembly, author luncheon and writers workshop.
It was an incredible day thanks to the collaboration of so many staff and students. Elizabeth was a joy to host and we are so grateful to the RPEF for helping to fund this project. Here is a tiny glimpse into what was truly a special day for us. More to come!
