Kindergarteners catch up after spring break by sharing what they were busy doing over the week. We missed each other!

Tisdale 3rd graders are exploring drumming by composing pieces to play on their bucket drums! Students can use the rim, top, or side to make different sounds using quarter notes and rests.

Tisdale students in 2C are learning all about subtraction by having fun! Using manipulatives helps them make meaningful connections and gain understanding of challenging concepts.

Our nonfiction unit is much more fun when we add flashlight Friday! Students in KR were busy reading nonfiction books and enjoying a calm morning with their flashlights to help them point to every word while they read.

Tisdale preschoolers explored a fun and engaging STEM activity using plastic eggs and Play-Doh. The children were challenged to build creative structures by combining the two materials. This hands-on experience encouraged them to think like engineersβtesting ideas, problem-solving, and exploring balance and stability

Engineers in 3Clewley followed the design process to research, design, build and test houses that would withstand hurricane winds. We collaborated with our team, reflected on what went well and what we would do next time. We were "blown away" by the results!
